
This is a very common occurrence referred to as SELF-SABOTAGE! How many times have you done that? Why do you do that to yourself? Why won’t you allow yourself to reach that goal weight and be happy? Would you be happy if you got to your goal weight? Hmmmmm, that’s a great question.
- Do you feel there is a reason you don’t deserve to be at that weight?
- Do you fear you may start to receive unwanted attention if you were thin?
- Do you doubt you will be able to maintain that weight so why continue to try?
- Will someone you care about be jealous?
- Do you love yourself enough to be at a healthy weight?
There could be many reasons why we create self-sabotage with our weight. EFT can work through those deeply hidden emotions and possibly events from the past that have created that self-sabotage behavior. With EFT you will be more aware of when those self-sabotage thoughts, fears and doubts begin to enter the picture and will be able to eliminate them before the scale starts creeping back up.
