Ahhhh, those darn food cravings that pop up at just about any time of the day and night. Do you notice which foods you crave at certain times of the day? Do you crave a particular food or beverage after dinner, right before bed or just before dinner? Do you crave a particular food when you become upset with something or someone? That craving usually has some emotional connection with some other time or event in your life. We can tap on these cravings and peel back the layers to find out where that craving stems from and work on eliminating the need to eat at certain times or after those emotional moments we all experience. That doesn’t mean that you need to give up that food forever. You will just have complete control over how much of it you consume and when you consume it.
